How to Make Egg Bhurji | Recipe

Served best with Puri and chapatis.
Ingredients:
4 Eggs
Onions
Tomatoes
Green Chillies
Coriander leaves
Haldi powder
Teaspoon chicken masala
Oil
Salt
Pre-Preparation:
Cut the onion and tomato to small cubes
Chop coriander leaves
Chop green chillies
Preparation:
Heat the oil in a pan.
Add chopped onions and tomatoes
Then fry until they turn soft and brown
Then pour eggs and scramble lightly
Then mix well.
Add green chillies turmeric powder red chilli powder and chicken masala
Then add some salt for taste
Garnish with coriander leaves
Note: For best results, Serve hot.
