How to Make Egg Bhurji | Recipe

Served best with Puri and chapatis.

Ingredients:

  • 4 Eggs

  • Onions

  • Tomatoes

  • Green Chillies

  • Coriander leaves

  • Haldi powder

  • Teaspoon chicken masala

  • Oil

  • Salt

Pre-Preparation:

  • Cut the onion and tomato to small cubes

  • Chop coriander leaves

  • Chop green chillies

Preparation:

  • Heat the oil in a pan.

  • Add chopped onions and tomatoes

  • Then fry until they turn soft and brown

  • Then pour eggs and scramble lightly

  • Then mix well.

  • Add green chillies turmeric powder red chilli powder and chicken masala

  • Then add some salt for taste

  • Garnish with coriander leaves

Note: For best results, Serve hot.
